About Carnitas Paracho
Our History
My parents started in Oceanside 30 years ago when they immigrated from Paracho Michoacan, Mexico and brought with them their unique cuisine from the area. After my parents ran multiple successful restaurants for 20 years they decided to retire and pass down their secrets to us, their children. We've taken the family recipes and turned them into an amazing experience that shares the flavors from Paracho Michoacan with everyone in Southern California from San Diego to Los Angeles.

What we offer
Al la carte tacos
Visit us Fridays from 3-7PM and Sundays 7AM-2PM at 229 West Alvarado Street Fallbrook, CA 92028 for some Carnitas, Chicharrones, Rice, Beans, or home made salsas.
Tacos are $3 each
Catering is our specialty
Not only do we offer Carnitas, Rice, Beans, and home made salsas but we include Carne Asada, Al Pastor, and chicken.
